Cathedral Catholic is proud to recognize Keira Tichbon '26, for her outstanding achievements with the New Zealand U-17 Women's National Team, representing the Dons on the international stage.

Tichbon, who joined the New Zealand program two years ago, helped her team secure a spot in the 2025 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup by winning the OFC U-16 Women's Championship in Fiji in 2024. New Zealand dominated throughout the tournament, earning one of the region's coveted qualifying spots.

Keira joined Cathedral Catholic in 2024 and quickly made an impact on the varsity girls soccer team. She called her first season with the Dons "one of the greatest experiences" she has ever had, praising the program's culture and coaching for helping her grow.

Her success combines international experience, dedication, and the supportive environment she has found at Cathedral Catholic.
