Hanlon had a career week while helping the Dons win 2 on the road. Hitting a career-high 34 points that included nine 3-pointers, 11 rebounds, five assists and three blocked shots against Montgomery. Then on Friday, Hanlon dropped 27 points, grabbed 7 rebounds, and had 5 blocks in the 59-43 win against Torrey Pines.
Cathedral Catholic - Football
Cathedral Catholic came from an early championship deficit to score 28 straight points, defeating Los Alamitos 42-21 in the Division 1-AA SoCal regional final. Gibbons made two key sacks to help lead the defense for Cathedral Catholic. The Dons now move on to the state championship against Folsom on Friday at Saddleback College at 8 PM.
