The Cathedral Catholic Flag Football team is off to a fantastic start this season, boasting a 7-3 overall record and an undefeated 4-0 in City League play. Most recently, the team delivered a commanding 55-0 victory over Kearny High School, further solidifying their place as one of the top teams in San Diego.

Sinalei Talataina '25 has been a powerhouse, throwing 22 touchdown passes this season, while standout freshman
Brooke Volpp '28 has been her go-to receiver, pulling in 14 of those touchdown receptions. On defense,
Alofania Talataina '28Â has been a force, racking up 11 interceptions, and
Sophia Fleming '28 leads the team in tackles with 46 flag pulls.
As a unit, the Dons have held their opponents to just 78 points all season (shutting out 6 teams) while scoring a staggering 320 of their own. This dominant performance has earned them the #7 overall ranking in San Diego, and they continue to rise in the standings with each game.
