The Cathedral Catholic Flag Football team is off to a fantastic start this season, boasting a 7-3 overall record and an undefeated 4-0 in City League play. Most recently, the team delivered a commanding 55-0 victory over Kearny High School, further solidifying their place as one of the top teams in San Diego.

Key players have made an impressive impact on both sides of the ball. Senior Sinalei Talataina '25 has been a powerhouse, throwing 22 touchdown passes this season, while standout freshman Brooke Volpp '28 has been her go-to receiver, pulling in 14 of those touchdown receptions. On defense, Alofania Talataina '28 has been a force, racking up 11 interceptions, and Sophia Fleming '28 leads the team in tackles with 46 flag pulls.

As a unit, the Dons have held their opponents to just 78 points all season (shutting out 6 teams) while scoring a staggering 320 of their own. This dominant performance has earned them the #7 overall ranking in San Diego, and they continue to rise in the standings with each game.
